Terms of Use
Lofimi for iPhone and iPad · Effective 18 October 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and wedevit.net ("we"), for the Lofimi app. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer (except where law allows) or misuse the app.
3. Free, Pro and tips
- Free includes the core timer and occasionally shows a card from us that offers Pro or a tip.
- Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra features on the Apple Account that bought it and removes those cards. It is not a subscription. Use "Restore purchases" on a new device.
- Tips are voluntary and unlock nothing.
Apple handles all payments and refunds (reportaproblem.apple.com). Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
4. No account
Lofimi 1.0 has no account or sign-in. Your data stays on your device; keeping a backup (for example an iCloud device backup or a Pro export) is up to you.
5. In-app cards
Cards in the free version come only from us and promote Lofimi Pro or tips. You can close them at any time.
6. Future features
A later version may add optional features that need an account. They are not part of version 1.0, and we will update these terms before they are available.
7. Not a health product
Lofimi is a timer and study log. It is not a medical device and gives no medical, psychological or educational guarantee. Exam dates in the catalogue are for convenience; always confirm them with the official source.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features. We will not remove a feature you paid for with Pro from the version you have installed.
9. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. These terms end when you delete the app.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is not responsible for product claims, IP claims or warranty except as required by law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm you are not in an embargoed country and not on a U.S. restricted-party list.
12. Law
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of your country of residence.
