1. Who we are
Lofimi is made by wedevit.net ("we"), the data controller. Contact: info@wedevit.net. EU representative (GDPR Art. 27): none yet, because the app is not offered in EU App Store storefronts; we will name one here before it is.
2. The short version
- Lofimi 1.0 has no account and no sign-in. Your sessions, tags, goals, exams, stats and settings are stored only on your device.
- We do not collect personal data. Nothing leaves your device except purchases, which Apple handles through the App Store (StoreKit).
- We do not use third-party analytics, ad SDKs, the advertising identifier (IDFA) or tracking.
- Spoken alerts are generated on your device by Apple's built-in speech synthesis. No audio or text is sent anywhere.
This website (lofimi.app): the site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading speed. They use no cookies and do not identify you; requests are grouped by a hash that Vercel discards within 24 hours, and we only see aggregated numbers. The app itself sends nothing.

4. Network connections in this version
The app contains code that can fetch settings and optional sponsored promotions from our server (api.lofimi.app) and send daily totals of promotion views, taps and closes, without any user or device identifier. In version 1.0 this server is not running and the address does not resolve, so these requests fail on your device and no data reaches us. Promotion counts exist only for promotions delivered by that server, so none are recorded or sent. The built-in card that offers Pro or a tip is not counted. Before we turn a server on, we will update this policy and the app's App Store privacy details.
5. Who receives data
No one receives personal data from us, because we do not collect any. Apple processes App Store purchases under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share personal data.
6. International transfers
None. Version 1.0 does not send personal data to us or to any server of ours.
7. How long data is kept
Data on your device stays until you delete it in the app or delete the app. With Pro you can export it as CSV or JSON first.
8. Children
Lofimi is suitable for all ages. It collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
9. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask for correction, deletion or a copy, and complain to your local data protection authority. These rights come from applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (Articles 15-22) where it applies. Because version 1.0 sends us no personal data, we normally hold nothing about you; your data is on your device and under your control. E-mail us with any question. We answer within 30 days.
10. Security
Your data stays in the app's storage on your device, protected by iOS. There is no Lofimi account or password to steal.
11. Future optional accounts (not in this version)
A later version may offer an optional account for sync and leagues. It is not part of version 1.0. We will publish an updated policy and tell you in the app before such a feature is available.
