Delete your account

We're sorry to see you go, and thank you for studying with us. Deleting your account is quick, and it is final.

You only have an account if you signed in for Lofimi Plus. Without an account, all data is on your device; deleting the app deletes it.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Lofimi and go to Profile > Account.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

That's it. Our server deletes everything right away, in one step, with nothing queued: your account, nickname, login identity, synced sessions, tags, exam picks and goals, friend code and friend links, blocks, reports you filed and reports about you, league memberships and results, purchase records stored on our server, sign-in sessions and usage events. Deleting twice does no harm.

If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke Lofimi's Apple tokens, so your Apple ID is no longer linked to Lofimi. With Google sign-in we store no Google refresh token, so there is nothing to revoke.

A Plus subscription is billed by Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel billing: cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.

Backups

We never store your login identity in raw form, only a keyed hash. Your nickname, friend code, tag names, notes, custom exam names and report text are encrypted with a key that belongs to you alone, and deleting your account deletes that key. Nightly encrypted backups keep data for up to 30 days plus 12 monthly copies, but keys and identity hashes are backed up separately and kept for at most 30 days. So within 30 days of deletion, nothing personal in any backup can be decrypted or linked to you. A restore never brings a deleted account back.

No app anymore?

No login needed. Send us an e-mail (info@wedevit.net) with the subject "Delete my Lofimi account" and your nickname, plus your friend code if you have one. We find your account, delete it the same way and reply to confirm, usually within 7 days and never later than 30. We never ask for passwords, ID documents or anything else, and we delete your e-mail once we have confirmed.

If you ever want to come back, the door is open: signing in again creates a fresh account.
